Rewriting an app is an exciting process, but it comes with its drawbacks. In this talk, I’ll focus on the challenges to expect when transitioning from native to React Native and how to avoid/overcome those challenges. I’ll share learnings from my team’s first-hand experience and cover: - Factors to consider when deciding to use React Native - Organizational and technical challenges that can arise and how to deal with these challenges - Expectations post-release.
