Building Inclusive Products and Cultures

Conway’s Law tells us that organizations that design systems will create systems that are replicas of the communication structures within the organization. By extension, if we want to create inclusive and accessible products for our customers, we need to create inclusive and accessible organizations within our company. In this session, we will break down the core principles of inclusivity and web accessibility. We will also discuss how those principles apply to the products we build and to the ways that we work.
